VERY MUCH DELAY IN DELIVERY OF CYLINDER

DEAR SIR

I' m very sorry to say that services are very poor. They don't bother about the problems being faced by us. They never pick the telephone and individual has to go to itself to book. After booking, there is no time limit to deliver the cylinder. Moreover it is delivered after one month or more affter booking second time. I have booked my cylinder on dated 28.06.2010. But till today it is not delivered. you are requested to look into the matter personally so that the the delivery of cylinder could take place timely.
