My distributor of Bharatgas is:

Distributor is forcing the customers for buying a tea packet (which is obviously given on a very high price than market) with the delivery of the LPG cylinder.
Those customers who are not willing to buy that tea packet are not given cylinders.
Distributor is taking advantage of not matching the cylinder no. for this which is obviously a very common issue in a country like India.
LPG Cylinders of the neighbours are exchanged at many times sometimes due to any emergencies or sometimes because of late delivery of the LPG cylinders.
To compensate with the rule of matching of LPG cylinder no. customers are forced to buy the Tea packet at the high rates decided by the local distributor.
