Inordinate delay in delivery

We request you to look into the laguna in the Mangemnet regarding inordinate delay in delivery of domestic LPG cylinder and taking booking after 30 days from date of delivery and 10 more days for effectigng replishment (which in effect is 40 days). Nobody is able to offer an explanation for this clause nor are they consumer friendly in their interactions wiht consumers when approached. A reply to this would be appreciated at the abv mail id.
