Delivery complaint

I consumer no 9619 of Seena Gas Angamaly Kerala booked for gas on 4.10.2008 along with my brother consumer no 9042 but was given only one cylinder on 10.10.2008 stating the reason, shortage of cylinder. On my personal enquiry I was told I had to wait upto 18.10.2008. When I asked for complaint book I was given a note book without page number or entry number and was told I will have to withdraw the complaint on delivery of the cylinder or else no cylinder will be delivered hereafter. I had registered a complaint to Mr. Rakesh sales officer over his mobile 09446500055 and enquired about getting delivery of cylinder at my residence before 9.30 am or after 5.30pm.so that I shall not trouble my parents who are aged and ailing. My residence is just 2 km from the Seena gas office.

Please look into the mattter and make some arrangments for delivery in the morning before 9.30am or after 5.30 pm. as i and my wife has to attend office.
