There is no phones working and how to book refil cylinder

i am consumer (no. 15289) of Gajanan Gas Service, PUNE, Maharashtra bharat lpg cylinder, i am trying to contact on 020-24268017 since last 15 days, nobody is lifting the phone and this is regular pratice of the centre.

ANYBODY CAN HELP ME OUT, HOW TO BOOK THE CYLINDER FOR REFIL AND TEACH A ETHIC OF THE SERVICES, THEY HAVE TO PROVIDE?..
