Non delivery of Cyliender after 15 days

Dear Sir / Madam,

My consumer No. is 6323A My address is - ROOM NO.10, Trikuti Dham society, Near Nasheman Masjid, Lokmanya Tilak Nagar, Link Road, Sakinaka, Mumbai - 400072.

I booked a cyliender on phone No.022 25162675 on dtd 12.02.09, the booking officer whichever was a lady of M/S Ashok Gas Services, Asalpha, Link Road, Ghatkopar, had told that the cyliender would be delivered in 5 days ie on 16th or 17th of Feb'09.

Today is dt 26.02.09 neither the cyliender has delivered nor any positive reply I had received from the Distributer's officials. I don't know whether this is the types of service or it is the policy of BHARAT GAS.

I make minimum 35 phonecalls to the distributer from 18.02.09 to 26.02.09. but they are not giving any positive reply. They told that come and pick the cyliender from our godown in Bhatwadi, Asalpha. I am unable to understand if I am a 20 yrs old customers and I booked the cyliender also then why I have to pick the cyliender.

Kindly suggest what to do in this current position. Either I have cancelled the registration and look for the other option or I have to file a case in consumer court against the fault in the services.
