Not to issue gas

Sir,

I am the native of Nedumbassery. My gas agency is Sema Gas Angamaly. I got second cylinder but it is of no use because of the non availability of gas. When first cylinder received then after 45 days duration the next cylinder allowed in this agency. It is very difficulty. In my house one cylinder is using at least 30 days. I am in a great difficulty. The agency said the company insutrected that when first cylinder received then two weeks later only next cylinder booking. Then the cylinder 45 days after only received. total period is 45 2 weeks 59 days.
