Non-delivery of Refilled cylinde

DEAR SIR,

I'm a customer of Bharat Gas through M/S-Samidha Gas with consumer No. SG 6832.

HERE, WE HAD BOOKED OUR CYLINDER FOR HOME-DELIVERY

ON 02.01.2010 AT SR. NO.15.

HOWEVER, THE DELIVERY HAS NOT TAKEN PLACE DESPITE OUR DAILY REMINDERS TILL TODAY i.e. 19/01.

THE BHARAT GAS CLAIMS TO DELIVER THE GAS-CYLINDER TO ITS CONSUMER WITHIN 24 HOURS OF BOOKING. IS NOT A JOKE?

This is the second time happening to me consecutively.

PL. TREAT IT AS URGENT AND TAKE NECESSARY ACTION.
