I am one of the regular users of the Bharat gas since1987. I have booked my gas requirement on 8.4.09 after 30days receipt of the previous booking. Even after repeated reminder the gas agency is not minding to supply the gas. Please note that more than 40days are over, but till date they have not supplied the gas. This is not the first occasion, it is a continuous process to them. Earlier booking was accepted by them in 21days, but the past one year the booking will be accepted by them only after 30days from the receipt of previous supplied gas. Even if we call on 29th day they are rejecting the request and accepting it only after 30days. I bring to your kind attention that if family is running with 5members how can we manage without gas especially offiec goers & school children. An attractive ad is made every where that EASY BOOKING QUICK DELIVERY. Is it true in my case. My consumer No. is 3308. My Agency address is M/s.
