Very Poor Response from distributer & Delay in Delivery of domastic gas

Sir,

From your distributer Super Gas Services, Malad (West), Mumbai400064. We had booked our cylender for home delivery on 22 April. The couple of staff members who book the cylender over phone was started using loose words & shouting when I was enquired about the gas cylender.

From last 25 days we were calling to agency person's but they are not giving proper information about delivering cylender. But from last 2 days there langauge changed (using loose word & shouting on phone).

As they commited delivery within 8 days after booking. After 25 days we are still waiting for gas cylender.
