Poor response for delivery

Dear sir,

I have booked gas on 6-01-09 nad my customer no:13402 till date cylinder has been not delivered. I have followed several times but still there is no response. Last time also we have collected the cylinder personally.on time delivery is very very poor.

kindly look into this matter and do the needful.
