I booked a gas cylinder with Bharath Gas agency Sree Sapthamatrika Gas, Vivekanandanagar circle, Mysore (Distributor code 611737) on 24/1/09. When contacted as the gas was not delivered even after a week of booking, they say come and collect the gas/there is lot of backlog from your area, we are yet to supply gas to people who have booked more than a month ago, etc. They keep postponing the delivery date and insist that they have home delivery service. Please look into the complaint and make the agency give a better service.
