My customer number is 21732. I have placed a refill cylinder with Padmavathy Gas Agency (122387) 25 days ago. Till date they do not pick up the phone to respond to complaints. I went 20 km to their store. It was locked out. No reasons given.
Their customer care numbers are never responded to. The delivery man says that he is unable to deliver as no cylinder is available while the agency says the cylinder has been despatched.
Attempts to use the bharat gas website unsuccessful due to poor design (I am unable to register). Attempt to send a complaint gives me a broken link.
Bharath Gas SUCKS. And I am quite sure this 5 mins I spent in typing this mail is useless but it only serves to vent my feelings.
