Delay in delivery

Sir,

I am having gas connection of Bharath petroleum & the agency is Prateek agency which is located at Banasavadi main road. Bangalore. They are very much delaying in supplying of the gas cylinder they will take 15 to 20 days to deliver the cylinder normaly other agencies will take 3 days to deliver the cylinder after 10 to 12 phone calls they will deliver the cylinder what to do if their service is like this? better pl change our connection to some other agency.
