No delivery of Gas Cylinder even after 20 days from date of Booking

BHARATH GAS dealer ANI GAS agencies at Puthiyaru, Kannur District, Kerala State, is supplying gas for cocking purpose, the booking for Gas was done there before3 weeks, But they have not taken any steps to supply Cocking Gas for me yet.
