Not received full pf ammount

Dear sir,

this is Sathyamurthy writting to seek your help in my pf issue. After getting my pf settled in 2008 i did not received the ammount which was transferd from my earlier pf account when i contacted gurgaon pf office they did not gave good response when i visted my old pf office they gave the details of pf transfer which i have attaced .pls solve my problem looking forward to your cooperation.
