My son was awarded Yuva shree kala bharathi award on 18/07 at chennai. It was said by Mr. Nellai Balu (Fouder, Bharathi yuva kendra) that the certificates will be given within 15 days. but Till now, it was not given. Everytime we ask them, they tell that it will be given, but it was not given. We gave Rs.400/- for the certificate and photos. Around 100 people participated and the amount was collected from every one.
