Dear Sir/Madam,
I have an Airtel connection with postpaid facility and the no is 9831798515. This connection I am using for more than 4 years and this is an absolutely business phone for me. And my family, relatives are also calling me through this same gateway.
In the month of December I have changed my planning of bill and my account number has been changed without my knowledge or approval. After that I have cleared all my out standing of my previous account by my credit card and some amount by cheque. All of a sudden I have surprised to know that I have a outstanding of Rs 1949/- of my old account. And after three months they have stopped my connection. But in between this three months (Jan, Feb, March) they are not able to produce any documents against this 1949/-. But I have full documents and I have submitted to Ms Bidisha (9831533035) & Mr. Arif (9748221753). And they have cheated me and saying that I have not made proper payment of Rs.3000/- by my credit card of Axis bank on 4/12 and challenged me to show the card statement. But I am desperate to continue this line because I am loosing 30, 000/- (Rs. Twenty Thousand only) 0f business everyday and I have made a payment of Rs 2, 000/- on 29/07/08 to continue my old business connection (9831798515). Sill after 19 hrs my number is not working. After sevarel remainder they are not offering me the statement of accounts for last one year. They can ask for old outstanding but if you ask for old statement they will show you several clauses (like- link failure, not accessible, server down, etc).
I want my loss back from Bharati Airtel Ltd. of Rs.30, 000/- X 90 days =2, 700, 000/-(Rs. Twenty Seven Lakes Only.). I want this because they are care less about their customer, they cheat customer and because they give no value to others business.
