I Bought a car from Bharati Automobiles Pvt Ltd (Himalayan Tile Compound CTS 227 W. Exp highway, Jogeshwari East Mumbai 400063 )(Tel 28203738) in April. was delivered the car on time etc. I was asked to collect the Registration Card about 3 Mths later which i could not collect due to a very busy work schedule. In May I finally decided to go to the company and collect the card (21 May) and found out that the car registration number and the number on the registration card were DIFFERENT. i was shocked and the staff were not one bit helpful. apparently i had to do some paint jobs on the car and had to use the insurance. The insurence obviously could not be processed as the R.C. card and the insurance had separate registration Numbers. I spoke to the manager Mr. Sushil Sudhakaran (General Manager) and he assured me that everything would be resolved very soon. The insurance had to be changed and plus the car number plate. The company picked up my car from my residence for the repair work on the 6th of June and have not got the car as yet. When i call them they refuse to take my call. During the time of repair from 6th of june, i also spoke to Mr. Mukul who is the service Manager there. he kept telling me that the car would be ready, he told me that the car would be delivered to me on saturday evening 21st June but till date (23 June) no response. I have also found out that all the repair work is not done on the car and the excuse they have given me is that the insurance is not ready to pay for the complete repair. (The repair is hardly anything, only touch-ups here and there). I just do not know what is going on and do not know who to go to for help as the Managers themselves out there are not responding to my problems. i am now without a car for almost a month and the inefficient service and continous mistakes do not seem to end. it is a serious offense to drive a car with a wrong registration number and if i was caught by the law during 1 year of driving it, i would have been in deep trouble and would have to face dire consequences. I think that this kind of a mistake is a very serious one. Please Help!
