1. A few days ago, I noticed the gas leakage from the cylinder in my house... I immediately informed th agency for the same after closing the cylinder knob. it took the Agency TWO Full days to send the person to attend to my complaint. I had to get food from market for myself because i could not use te cylinder. The complaint was attended to after innumerical phone calls and reminders to the agency...
2. The same day, I also booked for the second cylinder... I was informed that i will receive it in 3 to 4 days... Again after the repeated reminders the cylinder was sent..but not on the day when I had requested the agency to send (the day when I was home)..but the agency did not bother to oblige me inspite of the promise made to me by the booking personale at theagency..since then i am making arrangement to receive the cylinder but it is not arriving. today also i reminded the agency to send.. I was again promised that I will get it today.. but unfortunately it has not been sent...
Your company advertises that the Gas agency which supplies the cylinder to is cusstomers should supply the cylinder to the customers on their desired day and/or time...
Well this never happens.. I have been ignoring this ..but these days the agency is not paying any heed to the needs of its customers...
Shoud the agency be not penalized for this GROSS NEGLIGENCE ON THE PART OF THE AGENCY... i AM PAINED TO WRITE THIS... BUT I WISH SOME PENELTY TO THE AGENCY..AND ASSURANCE IN WRITING FROM THE AGENC TO SATISFY ME IN GIVING REGULAR SERVICES... OR ELSE i WILL GO TO CONSUMER REDRESSAL FORUM...
