I, Paritosh Kumar Sethi, called by phone on 19th nov at about 11 am to Bharat Motors Ltd. service centre to enroll my name for 2nd free service of my Hero honda pleasure bike. But they intimated me that there is no reqirement for advance booking. But when I reached there today i.e. at 9.30am on 20 th nov. 2010 they informed me that due to some defect in our system evening we can not provide you free service meant for your bike. Then I also approached manager present there but he showed inability to help me and instead of politely declining me to help, he used filthy languages and not to provide service to me. Due to such negligence of your officials I had to return to my home which is 40 km away from the service centre.
