Petrol pump I am going to mention is located at Chichwad station, chinchwad, Pune. I beleive it is run by bharat petroleum. Whenever you go to fill the fuel at this petrol pump, there are more chances that, you will get cheated. Even if you notice the cheat, those guys will bully with you. Ways of cheating:
1) When you want to fill fuel of 100 rs, and earlier person has filled 50 rs., then they will start fuelling only after 50 rs. This is the most common trick they follow.
2) If you want to fuel with oil in it like for two stroke engines, oil they will mix is low. I had experience that, in 150 rs, petrol, the guy just used 2 pouch of 4 rs and charged me 16 rs. He thrown the used pouches in dustbin. when i asked him, he said that he has used 8 rs pouch though there was not a single 8 rs pouch was in dustbin and the guy just said that, you should have seen earlier with very rough wordings. I was with my family and can not do anything.
I dont know, where to complain... At the web site of bharat petroleum, it is complaint page i can not open. There is also vigilance form you can fill.. that also inoperational.
So may be.. bharat petroleum management does not want to listen.. on web site they have gieven, phone nos of officials..i will try now the same!!!
