Staff cheating on consumers

I filled petrol for Rs 1000/-, On keenly observing the meter, I observed the meter jump from Rs 800 to Rs 1000 instantly and meter stopped. I complained to staff to no avail. This happend in Jogi enterprises service, Dealer Bharat petroleum corporation, No. 46, 12/1, uttarahalli main road, bangalore-61. I have paid by credit card and took a bill No. 31678 dated 12/04.

Please verify and initiate action.
