Ad response and poor Delivery

Dear Sir,

i am a customer of MAMTA GAS SERVICE WHICH CODE NO. IS 571346 ADDRESS IS HIND NAGAR COLONY, KANPUR ROAD, LUCKNOW. AND MY CONSUMER NO. IS MG5848 .

there was my booking date is 30/10/09 in my gas book. when toaday 10/11/09, i asked a company employee, " he says you will recive gas till afternoon . but i asked 4 o'clock then he will ask what is your consumer no... and i have no gas in my home . and i am helpless with poor respnse in any query. so i fadeup and lastly complaint to you.

Please help me .and take quick action for all customers
