I had applied for a passport in OCT/NOV at your office in Lucknow, and I was forgetanmy registered no. A police inquiry and the L.I.U. inquiry was conducted, later on inquiry that period, kindly help me. Hence, I shall be grateful if you would kindly inform me of the status of my passport, and whether you will be in a position to issue the same or not?
