Dear sir,
my Gas conection was with Raghu gas serrvice gurgaon, which I got transfer to Bhiwadi due to shifting of my residence to Bhiwadi. As a part of transferr process I diposited Regulator and gas cylinder to Raghu gas services. on 11.9.2009.
After that when I submitted the same paper to Bhiwadi gas service for getting cylinder and reglaator, They give me one additional paper to be attested from old gurgaon supplier. After submitting the reqd documents, the Bhiwadi supplier now demanded one additional residence proof as I have alraedy given Telephone bill.
After collecting all documents with 5 times visits to Bhiwadi gas service, they deny to accept the paper saying that the cylinder is not in stock and they can give the reqd.when got from Indane and for this they give time line of one week. Aftr one week when I contact them to ask for the cylinder they give the same statement that they have asked for the cylinders and they have not got. When they will get they will supply to us and this time they has given uncertain time limit for the delivery
Due to this poor service and system I am suffering, as the old cylinders and regulators are diposited by the Gurgaon Supplier and the Bhiwadi supplier is not giving the reqd.
Pls help me to sort out the matter
