Bhubaneswar passport office careless
Passport not received

I have applied for passport during Oct to Bhubaneswar passport office. Police verification is over during Feb. But till now (Nov), I have not received the Passport. And the Bhubaneswar Passport office is very careless for the support to citizens. Not clearing the pending passport applications. Now I am hopless about getting my passport application since I am waiting from almost one year. Please help me to sort out the issues.
