The conveyance deed is not yet done after the registration of society since four months.
As per MOFA sections ideally it is builder responsibility to do the conveyance deed.
Now builder is asking agreement copy of individual member to buy more time or giving excuse to delay the procedure. we have 325 flats in the society.
What should be done on this?
