Non receipt of wel-come note & statement of payment

Dear sir,

I have purchased Bajaj Platina motorbike from local dealer at vadodara. The dealer is Bajaj Auto - O P Road vadodara.

I had promised from your representitive that the company will give one gift or cash of Rs 1500/- at the time of purchase.

Till date, I have not recieved any.

Similarly, I have not receive any wel-come note from Icici Bank or any satement of payment note. I have Informed several times to your local customer care depatt. as well as over phone no. But, till today, I have not receive any positive reply from your end.

I am very sorry to say that I might took a worng dicistion when I was purchased bike form Your Bank. Kind ly note my following details:
