Harashment becuause of non booking of cylinder ever after repated attempts

Respected Sir,

I am a subcirber of your distributer Bhupindra Gas agency, Bunerheri, Patiala but agency holder is so irresponsible they never intimate when they will cylinder given to customer. We have to make que early from 04 AM every time for cylinder but they never intimate that the truck will come or not after waiting 5 to 6 hour when they open there office near about 9.30 am then they asked always. the truck will come tomorrow and tomorrow you will got cylinder. But their tomorrow never come on tomorrow after 4 or 5 day harashment we have got the cylinder. Please take the necassary action against this.
