NON ACTIVATION OF NET BANKING ID & PASSWORD

I have saving bank account in Bank of Baroda, Bhajanpura, Delhi Branch. Last 20-25 days back I personally visted at the branch to collect my user ID and Password for internet banking. As per bank policy internet banking shell enable within 48 hours after receipt of letter. But till date (03-10) my user ID & password not activated.

Kindly help me...
