I have taken a home loan from BHW (Faridabad) and suffering a lot since then.
I have following complainst against them (BHW Home Finance Ltd.):
1. They are selling product by false information to prospective customer?
2. No intimation/confirmation for increasing interest rates substantially and charging huge charges.
3. Not intimated customer (to me) for huge arbitrary charges?
4. No response instead of many communications (written and telephonic).
5. I felt badly cheated by you and will have no option other than stopping my EMI; where as I was in a mood to repay the whole principal dues and get rid of NBFC like this, who cheats customer like me! But they are forcing me to take adverse step.
6. End number of reminders and waited long to get response from, especially for statement of account and request for change of address?
7. They are not showing transparency in dealing with your customers? I want clear readable statement of my account in excel file so that I can check the same; can you kindly provide the same to me.
The company's policies are against customer. Request of customer are not adhered with? My total principal repayments are not reflecting in the statement supplied by them. If they can not provide statement in excel, isn’t is possible to provide clean statement, like :-loan disbursed, installment received (both for principal and interest), principal prepayment received, and closing balance against each transaction? PLEASE ASK THEM TO SEND ME THE STATEMENT IN SUCH A MANNER WITH ENTRIES WHICH ARE REAL BY NATURE ONLY. How long will it take to send me that statement? Please do not let them charge me for any request of statement, I believe I deserve to have my account statement.
8. Please ask them to provide mobile number concerned representative and the senior’s upto Managing Director. How long will it take to provide me the same?
9. How can they arbitrarily over charge your customer without any communication and post confirmation from their customer?
How much they are entitled to charge for cheque return? Statement for pre-closure, etc.? why so many unclear debit entries in my statement of account? Why so many duplicate entries in my statement?
10. What are the rationale for huge (undisclosed charges) by the company?
11. Why so many unknown debit and credit entries in the statement? Why not simple Opening balance, debit and credit for each transaction (one for each only) and closing balances post each transaction is there in the statement? How long they will take to send me the statement in this manner?
HOPE YOU WILL TAKE APPROPRIATE ACTION AGAINST THEM AND GIVE DUE JUDGEMENT TO A CUSTOMER.
