I ordered an iron cot at Big Bazaar, Bangalore on 25/1 and they promised the delivery on 9/2. Later that i gave about 100 phone calls with respect to the delivery, but there is no response from there end. I am thinking to put a case in consumer court. Please suggest me how to approach for that and please let us know if any one interested to do the same.
