A complaint of this sort seems to be a routine one on this forum. Yet am writing this coz I need to register my travails for patronising Big Bazaar. They are a bunch of cheats and thugs. Never believe their delivery commitments. It must be their business strategy to make money out of the interest they earn from the money consumers pay up front on purchases made at their stores by making very late deliveries. Inspite of having paid every single penny, I have been made to wait for over a week and the laughable reason given to me is the traffic conditions in Bangalore because of which the deliveries are being delayed!
