Multiple failure of home delivery

I had bought a Gas Stove on 15th August which was on offer and I was told that they will deliver me by around 17th August. After they failed to deliver it on 17th, I called them up on 18th and I was told that it will be delivered on 18th. I waited the whole day but again they failed to deliver... it happened on 21st, 22nd and today 23rd again... but still I haven't received it. I suffered from their inability to deliver because, my gas stove wasn't working and we have been eating out since past one week because of this. I have a 1 year old, and he suffered from this the most, since I prefer to feed him only home cooked food. So, basically, I suffered both emotionally and financially.
