Dear sir/ Madam,
i visited Big Bazaar on last sunday dated: 08/12. i purchased few items including 2 Pack of Leh Bery Juice (item no.8904068700129) for total bill amount Rs. 1456/-. At the Pack of the said juice, its clearly mention that " buy 1 get 1 free" and the same was displayed at the rack also where the juice was displayed. But after coming to my home while seeing the bill details i sochked that they have charged for the two packs separately.
My bill no is T54/21736.
Kindly forward this complaint to competent authority.
