With referecne to cash memo number 7116187 dated 01.11.2008 (total amount 4, 518/) your vadodara branch has charged Rs . 435.60 instead of Rs. 380/- for Surf Detergent Powder. I have purchase four bags and difference comes to Rs. 222/-.
I have approached your vadodara office next day and informed the staff regarding the above matter, innitially no body was ready to understand the problem out of your staff of 6 persons, they told that it is ok. I then reqested them to bring one bag from your stock and even after that no one was ready to even check the offer price and billed price.
