I have purchased a UV water purifier of eureka forbes from big bazar, raipur on 16th september and they have assure me to onstall it within 2 days.but till now no reponse i get either from them or from eureka forbes, however 10 days has been over.

now i have made in my mind to take both of them in consumer forum, raipur.
