Fraud and faulty material used

Sir,

I purchased Tiffin carrier (Tiffin box) from Big bazaar of Asian Stylo Hot carrier brand on 19/06.I was told that the gurrenty period of the tiffin box is one year. But within a month the internal Part of the tiffin is cracked and when I went to big bazaar for replacement of the box, the big bazaar is not accepting the product, Instead I was misbehaved by the store manager,

The product is without any part code or production number.

Please take some appropriate action.
