We had purchased Imperia Shoe rack from big bazaar, highland Park, Kolkata. They took 5 days to deliver and another few days to do fitting. On fitting we saw that the product was damaged, so we immediately called the manager there Parimal Shah, who promised to replace it by 28th Oct. Thereafter it has been just a harrowing experience. No response from Mr. Parimal Shah, phone is always off!!! and if we call from some other phone he promptly cuts it off by saying either he is in a meeting or in the bus!!! Till date the piece lies in the house (6th nov). Dont think anyone is responsible for customer care at Big bazaar. They are absolutly useless, never try to burn your fingers with them.
