Big bazar is cheating people by giving fake and misleading advertisements.
Today on 23rd Aug Big bazar advertised in major daily Times of India about the discounted prices eg Philips home theater for Rs 2999, but actually the product does nor exists in big bazar outlets and the actual prices are Rs 5999 much more than advertised prices.
The Big bazar staff is Most arrogant and Think that the consumers are there because of their mercy and they are doing great favor.
It seems that The arrogance is percolated down from Kishor Biyani itself...
they pass on lude remarks to the ladies customers and if protested I heard they saying that the Girls /Ladies are not Sati savitri and they can do anything with them.
I purchased the clothes which I found it immediately as not fit for use, I made complaint to the store manager, he promised me to come next day as it was closing time... Next day he refused to take back the goods
The cheaper products are MOST inferior in quality.
The actual prices are misleading and they cut the actual price and write discounted prices pretending that they are giving at discounted rate...
They advertise the price on shelf as discounted but do not update prices in payment counters and the bills are being given at higher rate unless you protest... or it goes un noticed..
I have experienced the things in all Vashi, Thane and other cities Big bazar stores...
I dont know how to stop this I have filled the complaint forms but no one responded to the complaints so far...
