AC not in working condition from first day

I have purchased AC on 1st May and yet not started. They were not able to deliver. The fitting charges told were lesser than what they charged. The exhaust of AC was of another model and had to replace. Now after all connection when we switched on its not working. Its really a harrasment. I had also purchased cooler with AC that also had to replace on very first day
