Dear Sir,

I have purchased the so much HYPED AND ADVERTISED "NIRLON" PACKAGE FROM ALLAHABAD OUTLET of BIG BAZAR today i.e. on 13 Aug vide CASH MEMO NO. T16/6980 DT. 13/08/08 TIME: 18:00:53 AND TO MY HORROR AND UTTER SURPRISE WHEN I OPENED THE PACKAGE AT HOME I FOUND OUT THAT ONLY ONE PRODUCT IS OF "NIRLON" AND IN ALL THE REST OF THE PRODUCTS THE STICKER IS SUPERFICIALLY PASTED FROM ABOVE BUT THERE IS NO MARKING OR EMBOSSING ON THE PRODUCTS of "NIRLON" COMPANY AND ONE ODD ITEM IS OF SOME LOW GRADE "SURYA" AND REST ALL ITEMS ARE ALSO OF INFERIOR MATERIAL AND QUALITY.. THIS IS AN ACT OF DELIBRATE FRAUD BECAUSE THE OUTER COVERS OF ALL THE ITMES ARE OF "NIRLON". HOW COME SUCH A THING IS BEING DONE BY ONE OF THE BIGGEST PLAYERS IN THE RETAIL MARKET IS HARD AND UNDERSTAND AND DEEPLY DISTURBING... I WANT AN IMMEDIATE AND BEFITTING REMEDIAL ACTION TO BE TAKEN. CASH MEMO NO. T16/6980 DT. 13/08/08 TIME: 18:00:53. AND I AM ALSO GIVING A SERIOUS THOUGHT OF LODGING A FORMAL COMPLAINT WITH THE LOCAL POLICE STATION WITH THE EVIDENCE AND ALL RELEVANT PRINT AND ELECTRONIC MEDIA EVIDENCE OF THE MUCH HYPED "MAHABACHAT OFFER" FROM THE SO CALLD ESTEEMED "FUTURE BAZAR" AND ALSO GOING TO THE CONSUMER FORUM... HOPE U WILL TAKE AN EARLY ACTION AND INTIMATE ME IMMEDIATELEY... "MOREOVER I HAVE ALSO LODGED A COMPLAINT WITH THE CUSTOMER HELPLINE NO. 1800 22 3050 AND ONE SO CALLED "RESPONSIBLE PERSON" "MR RAJIV SINGH" TOLD ME THAT THEY HAVE NOT ADVERTISED OF GIVING "NIRLON" PRODUCTS AND THAT IT IS THE SOLE DISCRETION OF THE COMPANY TO GIVE ANY TYPE OF PRODUCT IN THE BUNDLE SCHEME WHICH IS CONTRADICTORY TO THE ADVERTISMENTS THAT "FUTURE BAZAR GROUP" ARE GIVING IN THE PRINT AND ELECTRONIC MEDIA... SO HOW COME THIS IS??? THIS ALSO NEEDS A LOT OF EXPLAINING BECOZ BEING THE EMPLOYEE OF FUTURE GROUP AND THAT TOO IN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE HELPLINE HE HAS BLANTLY LIED AND GIVEN MISLEADING AND SPURIOUS INFORMATION TO THE HARRASED CUSTOMER... KINDLY LODGE THE COMPLAINT AS THE ENTIRE INCIDENT HAS CAUSED ME A LOT OF MENTAL PHYSICAL TOURTURE... AND IT NEEDS PROPER JUSTIFICATION AND EXPLAINING APART FROM OTHER THINGS FROM THE COMPANY .
