Sir i m u r creditcard holder in nashik city fromlast 4-5 years.i was very perticuler in my all bank transations. from last year 2008 may-june i m not u r credit card brfore that i has paid all dues.but in dec i recived a bill with one transation of Rs 480 which i didint purchesed.the transation wasnot made by me or my family.i called to u r customer care complained abt that on 22-01 request no no 94172138. but till date the problem not solved.it is hurting my credit record.please look into this matter my mob no 9881477189 please contact with me in this regard.
