I visit the kmart store 7784 at vega alta P.R and it was a nigthmare, i was going to make a layway on june 5, 09 ican belive that i wait a hour and 17 minutes for the service. The layway area was along we were 7 coustumer waiting and we ask many times for help, i went to the service desk to ask for help 4 times, i told them to call the manager but he did not showup. they finally sent someone after a hour and 17 minutes by the time the employee got there 5 of the coustumers got tire of waiting and leave. After that i went to pay some articles and i wait more time to pay because the lane to pay was big. I think that this is a bad service and netx time i will think to go buy something. The other thing i want to ask is what can i do in this case my husband went yesterday and got a set of tv trays but he loss the receipt we went today to see if we could get at lease a credit to buy something else but tre employee told me that they could not do anything i ask to see a manager but she never showup and he sent another employee to spoke to me because he was doing something, i think that a manager should always help a costumer i would like to know if there is something that i could do. well thankyou if someone wants to speeke with me please call me at 787-270-2664
