Charges more than M.R.P

Dear Sir/Madam,

I (ANAND MURARKA) want to lodge a complaint against the Big Market located Near Sahahkarnagar, Bangalore the persons charge more than M.R.P on milk packets and i want to know to stop this move what should I need to do. As an Indian Citizen for the welfare of me and even others we should make a move to stop this practise please suggest me a way how to do this.

Many people would happily pay extra price but why should we paythem Extra above there profit.
