I have purchased big tv for max pack paying rs. 4990 but fraudently the activated premium pack that costs rs 3990. i have lodged a complain in customer care on 05/11/08 vide complaint no. 79554151 regarding activate my max pack i send mail to thier customer care several times but they did not activated my max pack i phoned to customer care several times and was replied that it will be activated, but it has not been activated, so i became frustated and mentally tourchred by this company my smart card no. is 200514652847
