I had complained disruption of all services on 29-01-08 in spite of one year max subscription. Normal service not yet restored.
All affected subscribers of BIG TV are requested to also file a complaint with CORE, Dept of Consumer Affairs at their email address [email protected] with CC [email protected].
They would forward all such complaints to BIG TV and senior executives will try to sort it out. But with no surety of adequate action, as has been experienced by me.
If sufficient number of complaints received by CORE they can take suitable action against the company, which would bring the required results.
