Hi,
I am existing BIG TV customer (ID 200615 653153), I recharged my account with 200 Rs, even after the 3 days the amount details are not updated on my BIG TV account.
I trying to reach BIG TV customer care on 1800 200 9001, I getting this call connected once in 100 times..
3 times the call was on hold for more than a hour time.
Its a bad experience from BIGTV customer care. Please rectify the service ASAP.
Otherwise I suggest we need a serious action on BIG TV Unit.
Here my few words, I have ever seen this much bad experience with any other service.
