CHEATING THE CUSTOMER ON RECHARGED AMOUNT- AUDIO PROOF AND DOCUMENTS AVAILABLE

BIG TV - The big cheater - COMPLAINT

Dear Sir,

I am V. SANTHAKUMAR. I am one among the cheated customer of BIG TV.

I want to tell more detailed on what happened after purchasing BIG TV.

My big tv account no : 200626625065

My complaint number given by BIG TV customer care on 9th June: 100431851

I have purchased BIG TV on DEC 13 and activated with SMART SOUTH PACKAGE.

I paid total of Rs 2690 for hardware and 6 months free subscription.

From the date of activation my free subscription is till 11th June.

After that I have to recharge for new package. So I called to customer care of BIGTV on 9th june

and enquired about package costs and finally I choose to active SOUTH PREMIUM PACKAGE for Rs 1698

for six months usage. So as per the procedure provided by the customer care member at BIGTV I have recharged

for RS 1698 for activating SOUTH PREMIUM PACKAGE. BIG TV’s procedure is first recharge the account and go

for activating the package. After recharging for Rs 1698 I called to customer care to activate my package. So customer care person after checking

my account balance of Rs 1698 said that my account will get activated for SOUTH PREMIUM PACKAGE WITH IN 2-3 HOURS.

Today’s date is 17 June.still the new package I opted for is not activated. I have already asked them on 10th June to deactivate my current package

and activate my NEW SOUTH PREMIUM PACKAGE

When I called to customer care 2 timesON (17TH JUNE), I get the reply like my old package is still running and that has detected Rs 75 of its usage for last one week.

Right now My account balance stands Rs 1623 . Go for recharging another Rs 75 to make the account balance Rs 1698 and then we will activate the SOUTH PREMIUM PACKAGE.

They saying that because of some technical problem the NEW PACKAGE is not activated and the old package is still running. Even though it’s a technical problem of BIG TV service they are asking us to pay the amount to get the required package activated.

So I request you to look in to this issue immediately and take action and let the future customers of BIG TV not get cheated.

I have the audio proof recorded when I had my conversation with customer care person of BIG TV for the 3rd time and its clear from that he confesses himself that its BIG TV’s service fault and asking my money again to recharge even after accepting as their mistake.
